The Moniuszki 1A building – relaunched
Bright colours, stone and ornamental glass, carefully selected interior decoration elements and a centrally located, welcoming reception desk make the entrance zone of the building friendly and modern. The Moniuszki 1a building is one of the Warsaw high-rise buildings, situated in the Śródmieście district, in the distance of 250 m from the Świętokrzyska underground station, which is a connecting nod for both underground lines (M1 and M2). In 2014, this office building was subject to a thorough modernisation, which included not only the implementation of the top-class technical and installation elements, but also the finishing materials, which ensure high comfort of use of this space. The project turned out to be very successful – the evidence of it is the fact that 100% of the available office space has been leased on the basis of long-term contracts.
Now, in the new commercialisation cycle, the project is relaunched on the market with the offer of office spaces, finished on the Very Good level in accordance with the BREEAM certification standard. The office space of the building is ready to be used almost immediately, and thanks to its location in the communication, cultural and business hub of Warsaw – the surroundings provide excellent facilities for the users (including the impulse store on the ground floor of the building itself).
At the request of the owner – the Catalyst Capital fund – the commercialisation of the available office space will be handled by the consulting company, NAI Estate Fellows, who is also the building manager.
