A modern design of the entrance and the elevators’ hall, a comfortable relaxation zone on the outdoor terrace and a stylish mural on one of the external walls – these are some of the modernisations already in place in the Kupiec Poznański building, and there are some more to come until the end of this year.
For the Kupiec Poznański building 2018 started with changes: the office entrance from the side of the Strzelecka Street was completely modernised. The walls and floors were covered with modern, white sinter, which provides a very nice contrast with a wall covered with moss. The elevators’ hall and toilets on the 5th floor were also tiled with white sinter and illuminated with modern LED lighting. Four out of five building elevators were replaced. (more…)
The Grunwald Business Park is an office and warehousing object situated in the industrial part of the Grunwald district, at the crossing of the Kamiennogórska and the Jeleniogórska Streets. It is an excellent location, as the Grunwald district is in the western part of Poznań, which has both a very good connection with the ring road (S11, A2), as well as with the city centre (also with the use of urban means of transport). Another advantage of this location is the proximity of the airport.
The entire object that belongs to the Park Company includes almost 9 ha of land, with available for rent warehouses, production halls and office space of the total area of approximately 13 thousand m2. Several companies have been operating there for years. Since the purchase of the object by the Company, both the halls, as well as adjacent offices have been modernised. The office space is adjusted to the specific needs of both small- and medium-sized companies, as well as large enterprises. Apart from the standard of the office space finishing, an important advantage of this object is a large number of parking places for both vehicles, as well as bicycles, for the tenants and the customers alike. The rental space in the Moniuszki 1a building is available again.
The Moniuszki 1a building is one of the Warsaw high-rise buildings, situated in the Śródmieście district, in the distance of 250 m from the Świętokrzyska underground station, which is a connecting nod for both underground lines (M1 and M2). In 2014, this office building was subject to a thorough modernisation, which included not only the implementation of the top-class technical and installation elements, but also the finishing materials, which ensure high comfort of use of this space. The project turned out to be very successful – the evidence of it is the fact that 100% of the available office space has been leased on the basis of long-term contracts. (more…)

At the beginning of the year, the offer of services provided in the Warsaw district called Mokotów increased by a new MOYOU beauty parlour. Beauty treatments offered by the salon are performed with the use of top quality cosmetics and cutting-edge techniques, and all that takes place in an exclusive, baroque-style environment. The parlour of the size of 65 m2 is situated on the ground floor of an office building – Konstruktorska Business Center.
We think that well-groomed hands never go out of style. Alexander Furstenberg once said – „Everything is in the hands of man, and a man – in the hands of a woman” and that is why it is our goal to ensure that our female customers have beautiful hands. We concentrate on the quality of services, because we want that our clients feel naturally beautiful when they leave our parlour. During the treatment, it is very important to ensure comfort and relaxation, therefore when we designed our salon, we decided to decorate it in the baroque style. In our parlour we also offer pedicure, hair-removal, facial massage, eye lashes extension, eye brows adjustment and extensions of Slavic hair, provided by the best supplier, who delivers products also to Jennifer Lopez or Shakira. Starting from July, we will be also providing hairdresser’s services.” – Mrs Marina Kalinowska, the owner of parlour, says.(more…)
2018 is the year when NAI Estate Fellows celebrates the tenth anniversary of its operation on the Polish commercial properties market. From the very beginning, the company has been rendering services in the aspect of management and commercialisation of commercial and office properties. One of the greatest accomplishments in this period was the development of comprehensive financial services for properties and the introduction of automated processes thanks to cutting-edge systems to manage utility space.
In the lease sector, we were committed to the development of tools and databases, in order to optimise the services of the tenant representation, which resulted in an incremental increase of revenues from this type of transactions and made the representation of a tenant the major focus of the lease department. On the other hand, we cannot forget several successful sales of real estates from the portfolio of the largest institutional market players, such as PZU and PHN – Agnieszka Mazurek, Head of the Lease Department of NAI Estate Fellows, says.
