The new tenant is Manpower – a global leader in HR solutions in the field of temporary work and permanent recruitment. The company will take office with an area of ​​300 m2. On behalf of the owner, the transaction was supervised by Piotr Klatka, Head of NAI Estate Fellows Office in Lodz, the tenant was represented by Colliers International.

– A change of the Lodz Manpower office is dictated by the growth of our company in the region and the desire to meet the expectations of our customers, – says Karolina Rząsa, Area Manager at the employment agency Manpower – new premises enabled the consolidation of several of our agencies that previously were located at various points of the city, and the location of the new headquarters in the city center. This will facilitate not only the logistical issues, but also organizational. The criteria which we defined in order to choose a new location were attractive business location, as well as modern and functional office that also allows good exposure of our brand visually.

Orion Bussiness Tower is a 16 storey building with a total lettable area of ​​10 000 m² with parking spaces (underground and outside). Occupancy rate of the building is 65%. Key tenants of the building are: VEOLIA group, TOMTOM, INTERSOFT, Pekao S.A. The facility underwent a complex modernization of air conditioning and common areas. The building offers the ability to match the standard of the lease to the expectations of individual tenants, regardless of the size of the surface.
