A new owner, Calioppe Investments company, has entrusted the management of Galeria Świdnicka to NAI Estate Fellows.
Galeria Świdnicka shopping center is a third-generation object situated in the heart of Świdnica, very close to its Market place. The total utility area of the Mall is 23 thousand square metres and the gross leasable area is 15.5 thousand square metres.The list of Galeria Świdnicka’s lessees comprises such brands as Apart, CCC, Cropptown, Diverse, Esotiq & Henderson, House, Sinsay, Mohito, Monnari, Orsay, Reserved, Giacomo Conti, Wojas and Big Star, as well as renowned chains, such as Empik, Kolporter, Media Expert, Pepco, JYSK or Rossmann. Apart from stores and service outlets, the Świdnicka Mall has also got a 4-hall movie theatre of the Cinema3D chain, and the fitness club of the Fitness World company. The convenience store of the mall is operated under the Intermarche brand.

During the initial months, we will be observing how the property functions and subsequently we will propose possible optimisation both in the aspects related to the shopping centers’s daily functioning, as well as its marketing strategy.
