Berlitz selects the Orion Business Tower in Łódź
The Łódź Office of NAI Estate Fellows signed another office space lease contract at the Orion Business Tower, located at the junction of Al. Piłsudskiego and Sienkiewicza Streets.
The new Lessee is Berlitz Poland Sp. z o.o. language school, which shall occupy the area located on the second floor. The school shall have eight lecture halls, the teachers’ lounge and the administration facilities.
Piotr Klatka, the Head of the Regional Office of NAI Estate Fellows in Łódź was responsible for the accomplishment of this transaction on behalf of the building’s Owner.

The anchor lessees are: VEOLIA Group, TOMTOM, INTERSOFT, PEKAO S.A., MANPOWER. The building has undergone a thorough modernisation of the air-conditioning system and shared spaces. The building provides the possibility to adjust the standard of leased spaces to the individual requirements of the lessee, regardless of the size of leased area.
