NAI Estate Fellows moves in KRW Legal to the pre-war office tenement house on 9  Górskiego  Street in Warsaw.

NAI Estate Fellows represented the law firm Krzysztof Rożko i Wspólnicy in the  process of leasing office space for the new headquarters. KRW Legal will occupy 650 square meters of office space located on the second and third floor in the building at Górskiego  Street.

„We are highly satisfied that our office will be located in the low – keyed tenement house on Górskiego 9. We would like to emphasize the quality of the NAI Estate Fellows service which provided us with a complete offer of available locations, and also drew our attention to the chosen area” – says counsellor Krzysztof Rożko, KRW Legal Managing Partner.

„Our cooperation with NAI Estate Fellows was marked by their high level of involvement and broad market knowledge, which resulted in the selection of a building that met all our expectations.”- adds Marcin Michalczuk, President of FinanceWell

The property at Górskiego 9 is a four-storey, pre-war office tenement house located in the heart of Warsaw, in close proximity of Szpitalna Street. The building offers 1780 sqm of total lease space. The lease surfaces are air-conditioned and arranged in a classic office layout. The facade of the building has been renovated, and tenants have reception desk at their  disposal. The high standard of the property is emphasized by the height of the ceilings. Excellent location, easy access to multiple means of public transportation as well as variety of   restaurants, cafés, hotels in the nearest vicinity make the space even more attractive. Close proximity of administration services such as the Province Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court also works to its advantage.

“Leasing of such a large space contributed to filling out the building almost in its entirety. The client’s decision was influenced primarily by the offer’s excellent location and its proximity to government institutions.” – adds Rafał Misiak, Negotiator for NAI Estate Fellows.
